I had finished some major renovations which meant that the vents had a lot of construction debris inside (ie.drywall dust, sawdust, etc). He arrived within the booked time window, was polite, explained the whole process, took his shoes off as I just had all the floors redone and showed me before and after photos when he finished the job.
