When we picked up a trailer, we noticed that all trailers parked were all clean. And true enough, when we went inside, the trailer smelled like we were in a hotel lobby.

United Rentals is a great choice, especially if it’s your first-time renting out a trailer.
When they delivered the trailer to our place, the guys saw that we got the dimensions wrong. But we’re glad we didn’t have to make the call as they directly coordinated it to the office to check the alternatives.
Two hours later, the correct trailer size was delivered. We’re even more impressed that they didn’t charge us for the extra trip!
If you’re nervous about towing, don’t worry as they’ll offer you a free towing lesson during pick-up or delivery of the trailer. You can trust them to teach you the basics like starting it, turning, braking, and, most importantly, reversing.
We love that we didn’t have to bring leveling blocks as this rental company is thoughtful enough to provide it for all their clients.
For commercial use, you can definitely reach out to them. They’ve got heavy-duty trailers and tractors from their fleet which you can rent out too.
Should you urgently need a trailer, you’ll love that they can accommodate your calls even before their business hours. We honestly felt like they’re open 24/7!
However, since they’re not open on weekends, you may have to manage your expectations on those days.

We rented out their largest RV trailer for a three-day road trip, and we loved how they kept it clean. We’re well aware that they have a high client demand, but we’re surprised that there were no weird odors.
Their staff also told us that they always check all items, and replace appliances that don’t seem to be working properly. Honestly, we didn’t even bring anything apart from our clothes and food!
And the best part of sealing this deal is that the owners, Ruth and Russ, offered to deliver the trailer directly to our campsite. Just be ready to pay for an additional cost!

When we were looking for a trailer rental company that has the smoothest pickup and drop-off process, our friend recommended NighCo Trailer Sales & Rental. And since we’re glad they didn’t gatekeep it from us, we thought we had to pay it forward too!
We rented an enclosed trailer when we moved to our new apartment, and it was large enough to accommodate our large beds and furniture. The 7 feet height has been a bonus too.
You’ll also love that they offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates so you can conveniently find a good package that will suit your usage.
During the turnover, we loved that the trailer was already prepped. They also came with the paperwork, so we didn’t have to wait for too long.
Another thing that we appreciated was that the person who delivered the trailer checked all the tires before leaving it with us, which tells that they always look after their clients’ security.
We also didn’t have a hard time returning the trailer. They didn’t even inspect the unit for too long, so we were able to leave their garage right away.
Just don’t expect them to chat with you for too long. If it’s your first time renting out a trailer, you shouldn’t expect them to give you a more personalized experience, especially since they’re more focused on being efficient.

For those of you who need to rent a trailer that could tow heavier loads, then Cummings Trailers Sales & Rentals would be your most solid choice. Here, you can choose from different heavy-duty options like enclosed trailers, dump trailers, and even flat decks.
We rented out a flat deck trailer to transport some of the heavy equipment from our office space, and we’re glad that it was sturdy enough even though we almost met the maximum weight load.
It’s also pretty easy to load items as the company provides ramps, mini ladders, and even lifts. If you’re moving to another place, though, we suggest renting out their enclosed trailers as they can provide more protection to your valuables.
On a rainy day, an enclosed trailer would be your best friend, too!
