When we noticed that our steering wheel was a bit off-center, we decided to bring our car to Pacific Alignment & Frame, Inc. It was our second time bringing our car here for a tire check-up, and we’re glad to know that they’re consistent with their services.
If you’re looking for a shop that accommodates walk-ins, this shop is the best one to go to. We were lucky that the shop wasn’t too busy, so we were able to get our car within an hour.
This shop can handle different vehicles like sedans, SUVs, and even trucks. But here’s a handy tip for you: once you see that there’s a truck lined up for wheel service, consider dropping your car another day as aligning truck wheels takes time.
Even if it’s just a simple wheel alignment, we love that this shop still takes the time to give you a full report after the repair for full transparency. They also asked us to drive the car around first just to check if the alignment has been properly fixed.

One day, we were driving around the city, looking for a good coffee place, when we suddenly felt our tires wobbling. We pulled over to check the tires, and as we suspected–one tire’s completely flat.
We searched for nearby wheel alignment centers and found that Kal Tire’s just five minutes away. We only tried our luck if these guys were accepting walk-ins, and we’re glad they got us sorted faster than what we thought.
What’s great about this car shop is that while they don’t upsell their services, they will still make an effort to check your car’s condition. In our case, when we complained about our flat tire, they asked us if they could also check the alignment.
If you encounter the same issue as us, we suggest that you also agree to have your wheels assessed for proper alignment. Don’t worry, they won’t charge you anything extra if your wheels don’t need alignment anyway!

Since the shop only has a small lounge, you can check several coffee shops around the area, perfect if you want a better spot to wait as you wait for your car.
We’re glad that they were able to adjust our car wheels’ alignment despite being late. They even accommodated us even if we arrived a few minutes before closing time.
And since this shop is the busiest during winter, you’re not allowed to leave your cars in the shop the entire day. If you need to visit the shop during this season, just make sure to stick to the given scheduled appointment to avoid inconvenience.

We decided to bring our old BMW for a quick tire check-up at Minit-Tune & Brake Auto Centres, and we’re glad we did. Their mechanics were able to fix all minor issues and didn’t charge us when we asked them to check the wheel alignment.
A year later, we noticed that the wheels were due for an alignment, and because of our good experience in this shop, we decided to pay them a visit again. And yes, the level of service is still consistently good, which is great.
If you’re not too knowledgeable about cars, then they’re a good match for you. They will even walk you through the repair process, ensuring that you know exactly what you’re going to pay for.
You’ll love that they actually take their time in inspecting your car tires first, making sure that they address all possible issues other than misaligned wheels.
For those who are in a hurry, you’ll love that the maximum waiting time we had to endure here was only 24 hours (of course, we left our car!), while other places told us it would take at least three days before they could even accommodate us.

Have you ever noticed squeaking noises from your tires whenever you made a turn? Well, we did, even if we were driving at a very low speed.
We initially thought that our tires were already due for a replacement, but we’re glad to get Big O Tires’ second opinion. They were able to diagnose that the misaligned tires were the culprit, putting extra pressure on the front wheels.
Of course, at first, we didn’t understand what caused the misalignments. But you’ll love that these guys would even take their time to explain how the misalignment fully affects how your tires perform.
We also didn’t expect their shop to be clean, but we’re glad that they keep all their tools in one place. However, the shop is relatively small with limited seats, so be ready to stand as you wait for your car.
Meanwhile, Big O Tires is also a great shop to buy new tires for winter. In fact, they were able to find the exact winter tires that we were trying to source out from the other shops.
Bonus points for teaching us how to apply tire rebates too! So make sure to mention it to them if you’re planning to claim it!
