Hello Nori is hands down the best sushi spot in Vancouver, thanks to its top-notch food quality. You can save a bit by opting for one of the three set menus, but we highly recommend adding a few extra hand rolls to the mix for the full experience.
The hand rolls are phenomenal, especially the scallop—it’s unbelievably soft and melts like butter. We also tried the tuna and salmon sashimi set, and it was incredible.
The featured cocktail was a hit too. The hand rolls were fresh, flavorful, and made right in front of us. The crispy nori, perfectly seasoned rice, and high-quality fish came together to create sushi heaven.
If you love sushi or are looking to try something new, Hello Nori is an absolute must-visit. Can’t wait for round two!
